Dog trials
My first Youtube video attempt, just had to sort out the process. They will get better. I used the Lee Conway song "Fight in the Dog", I was his musical director for quite a
few years so I am on that track as well.
Unfortunately, being Trial Manager for the dog trials I really couldn't take photo's. But I can tell you it was so hot on the field, 33c and the ground probably 43c in the sun and was still damp from recent flooding rains. Had lots of volunteers helping and they were fantastic.

ANIMALS are our life
Both Robyn and I love our animals, Robyn is more of a cat person me, dogs.
Tigger our little fluffy grey cat, we rescued. We had a phone call from another carer asking us to to pick up a kitten before they threw it on the road.
So we went and picked her up, she sat in the palm of my hand. She is 12yrs now, a very shy cat but the dogs don't worry here, she walks up and gives them a head butt, just like Robyn does to me.
I sometimes wonder where our time goes?
It was so hot, no wonder they run the dogs late in the day

ReplyDeleteu have come so far with this site, Pete! love it! o how i wish i could pop in 1 time and be part of it all. love the pics, i can feel the friendship among the people. animals bring out the best in people i think, only special people are willing to take the time to train for this. now we know the true meaning of "u lucky dog!
