3 Dogs and 1 Cat

Look at them all sitting nicely at the back door, they don't get in till they all sit.  They all have different personalities and there is a pack order.  The old red cattle dog on the left that's "Kane", he's 16 and blind and also he suffers from selective hearing.  Selective hearing tends to be healed only at meal times.
The one in the middle is" jack", he has his own page and that leaves "Jess".  That's Jess risking life and limb sleeping on the same pillow as Kane. 

 We got Jess over a year ago the old dog Kane was very down, he wasn't well at all.
We decided to get another dog to learn off him.
He decided he wants to stick around.  Oh well what's another mouth to feed.
All our dogs are pound puppies, we wouldn't have it any other way.  There are to many great dogs and cats put down and this way we save a few and they usually repay us with loyalty and laughs.

A little sunshine after a cold night is always a good idea.  I think I might just go and join our puppies now and enjoy the warm sun with them.

ANIMALS are our life

Both Robyn and I love our animals, Robyn is more of a cat person me, dogs.



Tigger our little fluffy grey cat, we rescued. We had a phone call from another carer asking us to to pick up a kitten before they threw it on the road.



So we went and picked her up, she sat in the palm of my hand. She is 12yrs now, a very shy cat but the dogs don't worry here, she walks up and gives them a head butt, just like Robyn does to me.



I sometimes wonder where our time goes?
